Version 0.5.3

Version 0.5.3 of Briwood’s joist program has been released.

Bug Fixes

• Point loads lacking support (Local Bending Allowance) on the far side of the joist are handled correctly in the top chord analysis
• Point loads are no longer fixed in the middle of the panel for top chord analysis
• Reversal point loads have the correct shears
• Handles uniform snow load input correctly - snow load selected when a roof joist is asked for
• Classroom joists now default to 1/320 live load deflection
